Who am I? 

 My name is Louise, I’m 31 years old, and I’m from Namur. I have a true passion for travel and the mountains, and I’m an adventurer at heart. I was fortunate enough to spend 8 months traveling almost around the world in Africa and Asia, an incredibly enriching experience. Since I was 12, I’ve been involved in the 23rd Sea-Scout unit of Jambes, which is part of my personal commitment. 

 I love sports, especially swimming, trail running, climbing, yoga, and surfing. I also enjoy discovering new things, whether it’s in the realm of training, sports challenges, or even food. When it comes to indulgence, I’m a big fan of coriander (because you need it 😋). 

 My favorite color is purple, symbolizing spirituality, and I am drawn to everything related to this theme, including spirituality, personal development, astrology, and esoteric sciences. In short, I am guided by my intuition and the contrasts that surround me. 

My recruitment experience 

 Professionally, I worked for 7.5 years at Robert Half, where I started as a consultant. After two years, I was promoted to Manager of the Office Team, and then to Division Manager, a role I held for 5 years. After my travels, I returned to Robert Half’s Interim Management division, where I took on new challenges and met inspiring people. It was a time full of discoveries and self-improvement. I joined Profile Group as a Senior Recruitment Expert in November 2024.
