I joined Profile Group as an employee straight from university. I was lucky enough to set up two RPOs and even an MSP project. After these very intense projects, I felt the need to go away for 3 months both to challenge myself athletically but also to recharge my batteries and take stock. On my return, I decided to move to temporary work to give myself more flexibility in organising my time and freedom in choosing my assignments. I'm also looking for more diversity and a more entrepreneurial aspect in my career plan.
