Why choose Interim Management?

After 5 years in an interim agency, I needed more challenge to develop myself. It's important to have access to different companies with a greater diversity of assignments to learn and consolidate your experience.  

In 2022, I decided to move to interim management with 5 assignments, including 2 with Profile Group. Interim assignments are often very short. So you have to fit in very quickly, understand expectations and, above all, deliver immediate, tangible results. This challenge suits me better.

Why do you like to work with us? I highly appreciate the personal commitment of the Profile Group (PG) expert, Hans, I worked with.
