Why choose Interim Management?

My career in human resources in various private companies has been rich but exhausting on a personal level. I felt a real need for more meaning, more real exchanges and sharing of experience and above all the desire to be able to use my expertise to bring real added value.  

I started working as an HR Interim Manager in 2018, following an outplacement programme. The two key reasons for this choice were, firstly, to get out of a contractual and authoritarian relationship and, secondly, to have real freedom to choose the HR projects I was going to take on.

What's more, it's very easy to talk to people and they really listen to me. I know I can express myself. My point of view is put forward in the development of solutions. My added value is recognised because I have operational experience as well as management experience. There's a great appreciation of my dual expertise and the fact that I can integrate quickly and easily into each assignment.
